• We undertake print management of any project running through our factory from supplying initial artwork template through to timely final production including any special finishes. We have an extensive network of trusted print suppliers accumulated through years of business relations, meaning we can get the best turnaround and quality for even the most diverse job.
• This service includes use of our FTP site for artwork and the full management of all print and print related issues of production.

Pollard Crusader also operates as a trusted trade house serving many print shops within the Midlands area.

• Wet Film Lamination – Matt, gloss, satin, soft touch
• Thermal Film Lamination – The above finishes and also available double sided in one pass
• Foil Blocking – Up to B1 in flat bed and cylinder application
• Foil Embossing – Up to B1
• Embossing & Debossing – Up to B1
• Die Cutting – Up to B1 with auto stripping
• Gluing – most styles can be glued
  Glue System Available: PVA, solvent & PUR
